“Celebrating Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day: AKPARTA Mandala Bhakti Holds Flag Ceremony and Student Competitions”

Surakarta, August 17, 2025 – A solemn yet festive atmosphere marked the commemoration of the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia at AKPARTA Mandala Bhakti on Sunday (17/8). The series of events began with a flag-raising ceremony held in the main courtyard of the campus, led by Septi Wulandari, S.Si., M.Pd., Director of AKPARTA Mandala Bhakti. The ceremony was attended by lecturers, staff, and students, all participating with strong patriotic spirit.

In her address, the Director emphasized the importance of young generations in embodying the spirit of the nation’s heroes and applying it in everyday life, both academically and socially. “This moment reminds us that as the next generation, we must contribute meaningfully to the nation’s progress,” she stated.

To enliven the celebration of Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day, AKPARTA Mandala Bhakti organized a variety of student competitions that highlighted the spirit of togetherness. The contests attracted enthusiastic participation, creating a joyful atmosphere filled with cheers from the audience that further brightened the commemoration.
